I am quite happy with the result: 'eclectic'. It's probably the most appropriate adjective for the all house actually. It's personal, a reflection of our life and it's what I like about it. Still haven't decided on the door knobs for the wardrobe, I love it so much just plain. The 'home-made' curtains are just blackout lining covering all the wall when they are closed for a peaceful darkness... We are keeping the floorboards bare as I find the texture and the rich colour an interesting feature... a huge compromise for mister B. who loves fluffy carpets... sorry ;) I will get a rug... A simple design ... I am now sleeping on a cloud ...
